Deliveries
We will always try our best to deliver to the recipient in person. In the event no one is home, we will do everything possible to make sure the flowers are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions out of our control.
Please note when placing an order for an apartment, hospital or office building, all relevant information such as room number, ward etc. must be provided to ensure correct delivery.
Return Policy
At Settle Petal, we want you love your flowers. For any reason this is not the case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pick up. Get in touch at settlepetalflorist@gmail.com. Please provide photos of the flowers and a description of the issue. We will discuss options to help resolve any concerns.
We do not offer refunds or replacements based off personal tastes, change of mind, colour and flower preferences. We cannot guarantee any specific flower due to seasonal availability.
Please note we do not offer refunds or replacement if that issue is due to improper care of the flower/plant. Refer to our “how to care” section to learn more.
How to Care
Unwrap the bouquet in a wet area (as every bouquet contain water in the wrapping). Snip the ends of the flowers on a 90degree angle, this allows them to soak up water better. Place in a clean vase with fresh water. Replace water every 2 days to ensure longevity of the blooms. Keep out from direct sunlight, heating or cooling.
Flowers should last at min. 72 hours
Blooms received in floral foam just need to be topped up with water (directly on the foam) every 1-2 days. (Don’t take blooms out of the foam)

We aim for timely delivery, but Settle Petal Floristry is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Returns or refunds are at our discretion and subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
